Paradise Reserve is the last 40 acre project on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. The estate lots all have mountain views and back up to the preserve with city lights and Camelback Mountain views. I wrote the design guidelines to accommodate up to 12,000 square foot homes. The project also has a mountain village with homes sites designed for approximately 5,000 square feet.

Sereno Canyon is a premier planned community in North Scottsdale. There are 300 plus estate lots and the community is located at the foot of the McDowell Mountain range with prized mountain trail access right in your backyard. I designed the community center and the guardhouse to blend in with the surrounding desert, using native stone and site-based geometry.

Here is a beautiful example of a daring client and a great team vision. This wine cellar was created for an avid wine collector and features both native stone and brick along with hand-carved wood timbers and a completely custom cabinet design... so beautiful!

This collaboration project was built on the last and highest lot on the mountain and truly has awesome views. The 'castle' is almost entirely stone and features massive wood timbers and high stone arcades, arches and site-walls.
