Esperanza is another high-end North Scottsdale community with 17 custom estate lots of 5 cares or more each. The homes currently on the board are in the 12,000 s/f range and the property allows it. I wrote the Design Guidelines specifically for large estates style homes.

Paradise Valley Hillside remodel and addition.

We are currently in design on this Estancia home. The site provides excellent views and privacy, overlooking the gold course toward Scottsdale city and mountain views. The construction will include natural stone walls, copper fascias and special glass.

This beautiful home, designed for Silverleaf Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona, features a true Italian hill-town plan with multiple stone and plaster buildings and it includes an extensive 800 s/f wine cellar and lounge.

Here we have a large village estate. Modeled after an Italian rural farm complex we were able to include a small bridge and gatehouse.
